HOLYOKE, Mass.— Daniel O’Connell’s Sons (DOC) has appointed Patrick Beaudry as Business Development Manager, the company announced Monday.

Beaudry will focus on strengthening client and industry relationships and expanding the firm’s presence across key market sectors in New England.

He brings more than 12 years of experience in public affairs and strategic partnerships across the construction industry and public sector. His work has included building relationships with owners, developers, architects, engineers, and other industry stakeholders throughout Massachusetts.

“Pat’s deep understanding of the New England market and trusted industry relationships make him an invaluable addition to our team,” said Joubin Hassanein, president of DOC. “His strategic mindset and commitment to client service will be instrumental as we continue to grow across the Northeast.”

Beaudry said he looks forward to contributing to the company’s regional growth. “I am thrilled to join the DOC team and support the company’s continued growth,” he said. “With deep family roots in Holyoke, I’m honored to be part of an organization with more than 145 years of history and to help advance DOC goals.”

He holds a Master of Public Administration from University of Massachusetts Boston and a Bachelor of Science from Suffolk University.

Beaudry is involved in several local organizations, including Big Brothers Big Sisters of Hampden County, and serves on the Community Development Citizens Advisory Committee. He also supports government affairs initiatives for the Greater Holyoke Chamber of Commerce and works with the Holyoke Redevelopment Authority.

Founded in 1879, DOC is a construction management and general contracting firm serving public and private clients across the Northeast and Florida.
