Disruptor Beam Leases 30,665 at Penn Place in Framingham

BOSTON – The RMR Group announces that Disruptor Beam has leased 30,655 square feet of first class office space at Penn Place, 100 Pennsylvania Avenue in Framingham, MA. The new space on floors 2 and 3 will serve as the gaming company’s world headquarters.

JLL represented the building owner in the transaction. Disruptor Beam was represented by Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc.

Disruptor Beam is relocating from 161 Worcester Road in Framingham.

Penn Place is a high profile premier office building located at the crossroads of the Mass Turnpike and Route 9 at Exit 12 in Framingham. Well-designed floor plates offer maximum flexibility, and continuous ribbon windows provide an abundance of natural light. The building has a full amenity package including fitness, daycare, and a modern lounge area on the first floor. Tenants have unobstructed views of the adjacent MDC Woodlands, as well as nearby Sudbury and Foss Reservoirs. Other companies at Penn Place include Applause and Sandler Sales.

JLL’s leasing team was led by Phil DeSimone and Andrew Sherman. Greater Boston Commercial Properties’ Ben Gatti represented the tenant.
