In her dual capacity as head of both interior design and human resources, Clarke blends creative vision with strategic leadership, helping to guide the firm’s growth while keeping people at the center of every project.

Clarke shares that her career has been shaped by what she calls “micro-mentors”—everyday people who’ve influenced her thinking along the way. “Whether it’s my very first boss at Burger King, the newest employee at SGA, or one of my teenagers (who, naturally, know everything), I believe I have something to learn from everyone,” she says.

The video also highlights SGA’s recent projects, including the firm’s own Boston headquarters—designed by and for its creative team—as well as interiors for Cushman & Wakefield and Welch’s. These projects reflect SGA’s commitment to user-centered design, sustainability, and spaces that adapt to changing needs.

Looking ahead, Clarke shares SGA’s plans to expand its presence in corporate interiors, multi-family housing, and infrastructure. She emphasizes the firm’s continued focus on innovation, wellness, and inclusivity in design.

With warmth, clarity, and purpose, Clarke offers insights into how thoughtful leadership can drive lasting impact—not only in the spaces we build, but in the teams that bring them to life.
