SINGAPORE — Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK) has been selected by Woodside Energy to deliver integrated real estate services across its office portfolio in 14 countries, marking a significant milestone in the companies’ expanding relationship.

Under a newly signed five-year Global Outline Agreement, Cushman & Wakefield will provide Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), Integrated Portfolio Management (IPM), and Project & Development Services (PDS) across Asia Pacific (APAC), Europe, the Middle East & Africa (EMEA), Latin America (LATAM), and North America (NOAM).

The agreement marks Cushman & Wakefield’s first Global Occupier Services (GOS) client headquartered in Perth, Western Australia, showcasing the firm’s growing footprint and capabilities in the energy sector and beyond.

“We are delighted to strengthen our long-standing relationship with Woodside Energy and thank them for entrusting us to support their evolving global real estate needs,” said Cameron Ahrens, Head of Global Occupier Services, APAC at Cushman & Wakefield. “This appointment reflects our commitment to consistent service delivery, operational excellence, and integrated solutions that unlock long-term value.”

The partnership between the two firms began in 2018 with the delivery of IFM services in Perth and expanded in 2022 to include services for Woodside’s Houston office. The new global agreement represents a substantial scale-up and endorsement of Cushman & Wakefield’s operational model and global service standards.

With increasing complexity and scope in managing real estate for multinational corporations, Cushman & Wakefield’s integrated model is designed to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and portfolio performance. The firm will work closely with Woodside Energy to ensure seamless delivery and long-term value creation across diverse markets and property types.

This appointment further cements Cushman & Wakefield’s role as a trusted global real estate partner and underscores its capacity to support some of the world’s most sophisticated occupiers.
