Andover, MA – Cushman & Wakefield announced that the real estate services firm has arranged a long-term lease for 3Step Sports at 300 Brickstone Square in Andover. The tenant, a youth sports company, will occupy 64,000 square feet on the 4th and 9th floors.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Blake Baldwin, Shayne O’Neil and Petra Flynn represented the landlord, KS Partners, in the transaction. Matt Quinlan of SVN Parsons represented the tenant.
