Everett, MA – Cushman & Wakefield announced that the real estate services firm has arranged the sale of a newly constructed 26-unit multifamily apartment community located at 16 Laurel Street in Everett. The final sale price was $15,000,000.
A Cushman & Wakefield team of Jon Bryant, Chris Sower, Bruce Lusa, John Flaherty and Kevin Jones represented the seller, DV Partners LLC. The asset was acquired by 16 Laurel LLC.
