BOSTON– Cushman & Wakefield announced that Deanne Munger and Reena Patel have assumed leadership roles with the Boston-based Lease Audit and Lease Administration groups, respectively, as Managing Directors.

Munger has over 25 years in the real estate industry and has worked extensively on behalf of both landlords and tenants. She has a background in property accounting and building management, which enables her to offer clients a focused evaluation of their real estate expenses for a variety of commercial property types including office, industrial, lab, retail and mixed-use. Deanne will lead the Boston-based Lease Audit group which includes Wildry Herrera and Vanessa Khouy.
Patel has been with Cushman & Wakefield for more than thirteen years. She manages lease portfolios, reviews lease language and business terms, and provides negotiation support and lease abstracting services. She is a valued partner to brokers and clients, with a strong legal background and
extensive experience in commercial leases. Patel will lead the Boston-based Lease Administration group which includes Julian Cure, Rae Dearborn, Sharon Joyce and Denise Orlando.
