BOSTON– Cushman & Wakefield has announced the addition of two new office leasing associates, Rachel Bliss and Ross Gaudet, to its Boston office. Bliss will focus on the downtown market, while Gaudet will bring his talents to the suburban128 Central team.

Rachel Bliss

“Identifying and attracting bright and talented professionals is foundational to our business,” said Carolyn Sidor, managing principal of Cushman & Wakefield’s New England offices. “We look for exceptional people who are innovative, insightful and extremely hardworking to join our team of industry veterans and rising stars to deliver exceptional value to our occupier and investor clients.”

Bliss graduated from Colgate University in 2018 and was hired full-time at Lee & Associates NYC, where she had previously interned, bringing experience in office leasing throughout the extremely competitive New York City market. As a Cambridge native, she’s well-versed in the metro-Boston market.

Gaudet comes from Newmark Knight Frank’s Tenant Advisory team in Boston’s North market. Prior to NKF, he worked at IBM as an account executive and Oracle as a business development representative. He is a native of Burlington, MA.

“I’m extremely excited to get to work with the Cushman & Wakefield team,” said Bliss. “This is a century-old brand with the energy and feel of a startup.” Gaudet agreed and added, “This team has had great success and has paved the way in a lot of ways for those of us looking to advance our careers in commercial real estate, especially in the Boston area. I’m looking forward to working with this group of CRE experts.”
