Annual event at Fenway Park will recognize standout commercial real estate developments across Massachusetts and celebrate industry leadership
BOSTON— CREDA Massachusetts will host its 2026 Awards Celebration & Annual Meeting on Thursday, November 19, bringing together commercial real estate professionals to recognize outstanding projects, celebrate industry leadership, and reflect on the accomplishments shaping the sector across the Commonwealth.
The event will take place from 5 to 8 p.m. at Fenway Park’s 521 Overlook, located at 14 Lansdowne Street in Boston. The evening will feature an awards presentation, the organization’s annual business meeting, and a holiday reception attended by hundreds of commercial real estate industry leaders.
This year’s awards recognize a range of developments and individuals making an impact on Massachusetts’ commercial real estate landscape, highlighting innovation, leadership, and contributions to the industry.
The 2026 award recipients include:
- Distinguished Development Award: South Station Tower, Hines
- Urban Development Award: Harvard Enterprise Research Campus (Phase A), Tishman Speyer in partnership with Harvard Allston Land Company
- Outer Urban Development Award: Assembly Innovation Park, BioMed Realty
- Suburban Development Award: The Beck, The Procopio Companies
- Renovation Project Award: One Lincoln, DivcoWest
- Government Affairs Champion Award: Bob Ross, Greenberg Traurig LLP
- President’s Award: Andi Simpson, Davis
The honorees represent a broad cross-section of commercial real estate activity, from major urban development and suburban projects to renovation initiatives and individuals whose work supports the industry’s broader interests.
The program will open with cocktails and registration from 5 to 5:30 p.m., followed by the Annual Meeting and Awards Presentation from 5:30 to 6 p.m. The business meeting will include a member vote to confirm Patrick Sousa of Marcus Partners as CREDA Massachusetts’ 2027 president, along with the election of board members whose terms expire in 2029.
The evening will conclude with a holiday party from 6 to 8 p.m., offering attendees an opportunity to connect with colleagues, celebrate the year’s achievements, and build relationships across the Massachusetts commercial real estate community.
By combining its annual business meeting with recognition of notable projects and industry contributors, CREDA Massachusetts’ 2026 celebration will bring the sector together to mark its accomplishments and look ahead to the year to come.
