BOSTON— The countdown is on — the 2025 NAIOP Massachusetts Annual Meeting & Awards Celebration is less than two weeks away. This year’s signature event will be held at the stunning new David Rubenstein Treehouse at Harvard University, New England’s largest mass timber building, offering a unique backdrop for an evening of celebration, networking, and recognition.
The event will honor standout projects and individuals shaping the region’s commercial real estate landscape. Among the honorees are:

Suburban Development Award: The Newbury of Brookline, developed by The HYM Investment Group and operated by Kisco Senior Living

Government Affairs Champion Award: Paula Devereaux, Pierce Atwood LLP, for her advocacy benefiting the commercial real estate industry

President’s Award: Alyssa Morris, AEW Capital Management, for her outstanding contributions and commitment to NAIOP’s growth
The evening will also include the confirmation of Melissa Schrock of HRP Group as NAIOP’s 2026 President and the election of new Board members.
