Boston– As the first national bank to have branches in the entire contiguous United States, JPMorgan Chase is well on its way to accomplishing its ambitious plan to eventually have 70% of the U.S. population within a 10-minute drive to the branch.
Corderman & Company was selected as JPMorgan’s construction manager of choice for many of their branches throughout Greater Boston, including four recently completed banking centers in Davis Square, Post Office Square, Upham’s Corner, and Waltham.
In collaboration with JPMorgan Chase’s Project Manager, JLL, Corderman & Company constructed the branches to effectively serve individuals and local businesses by meeting their financial needs and helping them build a secure financial future. From welcoming reception lounges and customer meeting rooms to contemporary teller stations and accommodating walk-up and drive-up ATMs, the new locations elevate the customer experience and reinforce JPMorgan Chase’s investment in their clients.
Across all locations, Corderman & Company facilitated the construction of new, modern exterior storefronts, the installation of new mechanical systems and top-of-the-line AV equipment, and the coordination of critical security and vault requirements.
The design of the new JPMC branches also reflects the vibrancy and diversity of each of the communities the bank serves. Emboldened by strong brand colors, a combination of thoughtfully selected materials such as black metal, tile, and wood adorn both the interior spaces and exterior storefronts.
Sharing JPMorgan Chase’s commitment to providing outstanding, personalized services, Corderman & Company is proud to be a partner in JPMC’s mission to serve Greater Boston and looks forward to completing three more upcoming projects including locations in Canton, South Boston, and Lowell.
