Connolly Brothers Completes 20,000-Square-Foot Renovation for Boston Onnuri Church in Billerica

BEVERLY, MA — Connolly Brothers Inc., a construction management firm serving commercial, industrial, and institutional clients, has completed a 20,000-square-foot design-build renovation for Boston Onnuri Church in Billerica, Massachusetts.

The project transformed the church’s former first-floor office and light manufacturing space into a modern assembly facility, including three sanctuaries, gathering and fellowship areas, a serving kitchen, and a new accessible rear entrance ramp and deck. The renovation also involved the addition of two new side entrances and a compliant accessible rear entrance, ensuring the building meets current occupancy, life safety, and accessibility codes.

The Connolly team collaborated closely with the church’s building committee to expedite long-lead items and streamline project delivery. Boston Onnuri Church praised the partnership:
