NORTH READING, MA —Columbia announced the promotion of longtime team member Bill Carpenter to Vice President, Preconstruction & Estimating.
Carpenter, who began working at the construction management firm in 2005, will ensure meticulous planning and preparation for all Columbia projects. He assumes the role immediately.

At Columbia, Carpenter has worked in a variety of preconstruction and estimating roles on high-profile projects in the life science, healthcare, corporate, academic, and hospitality sectors. He has been consistently recognized by colleagues and clients as both a strong leader and a collaborative teammate.
