Boston – Colliers International announced that Senior Vice President Steve Woelfel, Vice President PJ Foster, and Associate John Real of the Southwest team represented their client, DAI Property Management, in a 25,000-square-foot lease to long-term care pharmacy solutions company, PharMerica Corporation.
PharMerica will relocate its current operation from Brockton to 350 Myles Standish Boulevard in Taunton, backfilling space formally occupied by another office and R&D user and leasing some adjacent warehouse space as well.
“The Myles Standish Park is the largest in the state and it continues to be one of the tightest with a clear growth trend of lab and R&D users,” noted Foster.
Since June of this year, 350 Myles Standish has experienced incredible leasing momentum with new tenants and the expansion of an existing tenant. Located within the six-million-square-foot Myles Standish Industrial Park, which is home to over 111 companies and 8,000 employees, 350 Myles Standish offers an incredible opportunity for companies wanting to draw from both Boston and Providence labor pools. The building boasts a generous 4.0 per 1,000-SF parking ratio with some covered parking, which is rare in the market, and is easily accessible near the main entrance to the park. As of today, there now remains only one small office suite and approximately 44,000 SF of 25-foot clear warehouse space.
