BOSTON–The southwest team of Colliers International, Boston, recently assisted Dellbrook /JK Scanlan, a construction management firm, to expand its existing office space to 12,000 square feet at One Adams Place, Quincy, MA.
The location offers Dellbrook convenient access to its current construction projects that are located across the state, and an amenity rich location for the company’s employees. Colliers International’s Steve Woelfel and Dave Goodhue facilitated the transaction.
The One Adams Place building is located at 859 Willard Street, at the I-93, and Routes 128 and 3 split and offers a cafeteria in the building as well as close proximity to South Shore Plaza. The property is owned by Hudson Advisors.
