Boston – In a strategic move to expand its Urban Brokerage team, Colliers Boston’s Executive Managing Director David Goodhue announced the recent hiring of Associate Daniel Carucci.
Carucci joins Colliers from Newmark Knight Frank where he most recently worked as a senior research analyst focused on the downtown Boston market. Having been fully immersed in the ever-evolving dynamics of the urban market, Carucci’s knowledge of the existing tenant, landlord, investment sale and development landscape will allow him to immediately hit the ground running in a brokerage advisory capacity.
Prior to his last three-plus years working at Newmark, Carucci worked in CoStar’s Portfolio Strategy group where he performed market analytics and advised institutional clients on multi-market investment strategies. Immediately following his graduation from Loyola University Maryland, he also spent two years working for WinnDevelopment on the acquisition and development of low-income multi-family housing throughout New England.
“Research and market intel are the absolute cornerstones of the brokerage industry,” shared Colliers Senior Vice President Lauren Vecchione. “We are thrilled to welcome Dan who is already so deeply entrenched and aware of Boston market happenings and believe his skillset will effectively complement our entire team.”
Dan’s hiring will bring the growing team to a total of 17 urban brokerage-focused advisors, inclusive of Boston and Cambridge/life science-focused representatives.
“I am excited to support Dan in what I believe will be a seamless transition to a brokerage role here at Colliers,” said Goodhue. “He brings deep market knowledge as well as an undeniable energy and enthusiasm that will manifest itself throughout the organization.”
