Colliers Expands Boston Office Leadership, Hires Curtis Cole, Chris Cuddy and Peter Conlin

BOSTON– Colliers International Boston announced that three senior brokers have joined the firm including Curtis Cole as executive vice president, Chris Cuddy as executive vice president and Peter Conlin as senior vice president.

Curtis Cole

Cole joins Colliers from CBRE/New England, where he was a senior vice president/partner, and will be a leader on the urban brokerage team with a focus on Cambridge. He has over 28 years of experience specializing in lab and office transactions, with a client list including Brammer Bio, Charles River Analytics and Eli Lilly, to name a few.

Chris Cuddy

Cole received his bachelor’s degree from Union College and is actively involved in MassBio’s Economic Advisory Committee, the Cambridge Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board.

Cuddy is also a veteran leader coming from CBRE/New England, where he was an executive vice president/partner. He joins Colliers’ urban brokerage team to focus on downtown Boston, where he will utilize strong relationships and ample experience advising tenants and landlords including firms like Brown Rudnick and DivcoWest, among others.

Peter Conlin

He received his bachelor’s degree from Pace University, is actively involved in the Commercial Brokers Association and sits on the New England Aquarium’s board of overseers.

Conlin comes from Cushman & Wakefield, where he was a managing director, and joins Cuddy as a producer on Colliers’ downtown Boston urban brokerage team. Conlin has extensive industry expertise in the downtown Boston office market and holds strong landlord and tenant relationships with such firms as Whale Rock Capital and Kahn, Litwin, Renza & Co., Ltd.

He received his bachelor’s degree from Skidmore College, and is also a member of the Commercial Brokers Association.
