BOSTON— Colliers has expanded its Boston Capital Markets platform with the addition of two multifamily investment sales professionals as the commercial real estate firm continues to grow its presence in one of the industry’s most active sectors.

The company announced that Tim McGeary has joined as Senior Vice President and Brett Curtis as Vice President. Both will focus on multifamily investment sales throughout Greater Boston, further strengthening Colliers’ national multifamily capital markets platform led by David Goodhue, Executive Managing Director, Boston Market Leader and Head of Multifamily Capital Markets | U.S.

The appointments are part of Colliers’ broader strategy to expand its multifamily investment sales business across the United States.

“Multifamily remains one of the most active and resilient sectors in commercial real estate, and our clients increasingly seek advisors with specialized expertise supported by an integrated Capital Markets platform,” Goodhue said. “Tim and Brett have earned outstanding reputations, and their addition enhances our ability to deliver market-leading multifamily services while further strengthening our Capital Markets platform.”

McGeary and Curtis bring experience advising private investors, institutional owners, family offices, and developers on multifamily investment opportunities throughout New England.

McGeary joins Colliers from Northeast Private Client Group, where he served as vice president specializing in the sale of multifamily and development properties. Curtis joins from Northmarq, where he was vice president, and previously worked at Northeast Private Client Group, helping expand the firm’s multifamily brokerage platform.

“Colliers’ enterprising culture, collaborative approach and amazing team create a strong foundation for expanding our multifamily business,” McGeary said. “We’re excited to bring our market knowledge to the firm and help clients capitalize on opportunities across Greater Boston.”

Curtis said joining the firm provides an opportunity to work within a collaborative platform while serving investors across the region.

“Joining Colliers is a tremendous opportunity to collaborate with a talented team that shares our commitment to delivering exceptional client service,” Curtis said. “We look forward to leveraging our multifamily expertise to help clients achieve their investment objectives.”

The additions reinforce Colliers’ continued investment in its Boston Capital Markets platform as demand for multifamily investment expertise remains strong despite evolving market conditions.
