Boston– Building upon a series of recent company hires and strategic organizational restructuring efforts, Colliers Boston’s Executive Managing Director and Market Leader Dave Goodhue recently announced that industry veteran and current Colliers Senior Vice President Caleb Hudak will be transitioning to the Capital Markets team to focus on the sale of office and industrial properties throughout Greater Boston.

Hudak has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience, beginning at Richards, Barry, Joyce & Partners and then followed by the last 10-plus years with Colliers. He has been a tremendous producer for suburban leasing and has helped to grow the Southwest Team from its inception to the high performing group it is today. Upon his shift, the seven-person Southwest leasing team, which underwent a strategic three-person expansion in August 2018, will remain incredibly well positioned to continue its success in the market.

“I am especially pleased to be able to make strategic improvements to our teams from within,” shared Goodhue. “Colliers is stocked with great talent and I believe there is incredible benefit to championing transitions that allow such talent to flourish in new and different capacities. Having worked with Caleb for over 10 years, I know first-hand he has the experience, the ambition and the tools to excel in this role.”

“I have always approached assignments with an analytical, investor-focused mentality, so the capital markets side of the business has long been a passion of mine,” shared Hudak. “I feel fortunate to have such a strong leasing foundation and am excited to leverage my experiences and relationships to date in my new role.”

Hudak will join the growing twenty-person Capital Markets group, rounding out the team with his significant experience in the office and industrial arena.
