Holliston, MA– Construction Manager Colantonio Inc. announced the promotion of Briana Colantonio to Director of Organizational Development.
Colantonio joined the firm as a Marketing Specialist in 2017 with a BA in psychology from Fairfield University and an MS in applied psychology, with a focus on industrial organization psychology, from Sacred Heart University. She has since earned an MBA from the F.W. Olin School of Business at Babson College.
In her new role, Briana will develop, implement, and evaluate professional development programs. She will ensure that all Colantonio employees have the training they need to succeed in their jobs and advance within the company.
