BOSTON— CBRE announced the successful sale of Zen Easton, a 99-unit age-restricted apartment community in Easton, Massachusetts. The deal was brokered by CBRE’s multifamily experts Simon Butler, Biria St. John, John McLaughlin, and Brian Bowler.

CBRE represented the seller, an affiliate of San Francisco-based FPA Multifamily, LLC, and also secured the buyer—an unnamed institutional investor.

Built in 2003, Zen Easton is part of Queset Commons, a 30-acre master-planned mixed-use development featuring residential, retail, and dining amenities. The property consists of a single, three-story elevatored building offering a mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom units. Apartments include both classic and renovated layouts, averaging 798 square feet.

Located just south of Boston with direct access to Route 24, Zen Easton offers residents strong regional connectivity while maintaining a suburban feel. Community amenities are extensive and include a resident social lounge, dining hall with catering kitchen, cyber lounge, fitness center, library, two theater rooms, generous storage options, and expansive outdoor space.

The sale underscores ongoing investor interest in quality age-restricted communities within the Greater Boston area.
