FRAMINGHAM, MA – Calare Properties has leased 66 Rowe Street to Forge Team Inc. after acquiring the Newton property this past Fall. The well positioned Class A industrial/flex portfolio is comprised of two neighboring buildings, at 66 and 77 Rowe Street, located in a premiere location with direct building and signage visibility from the Mass Pike (I-90).

The single-story property features more than 24,380 SF of open flexible space, including a 5,000 SF finished office area. The property also includes dedicated parking and two loading docks.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Forge to 66 Rowe Street, where we are confident that this high quality, functional space will support their business goals for years to come,” said Albert Manley, VP at Calare. “With updates to 77 Rowe Street in progress, our team is actively fielding interest for the remaining space from users seeking a modern and adaptable property in an outstanding location.”

77 Rowe Street includes 44,495 SF of highly customizable space ideal for a range of users, including warehouse, manufacturing, tech, R&D, and pharma/lab. The single-story building is located on 3 acres with more than 110 parking spots and two loading docks.

“The property will benefit from a range of value-add upgrades including re-surfaced parking areas, HVAC upgrades, façade enhancements and reconfigured interior space,” noted Eve Szerlip, asset manager at Calare. “The quality of the assets, extensive parking, and direct signage (branding) on the Pike will resonate with industrial, tech and lab users.”

With a prime location just miles from Boston’s urban core, 66 and 77 Rowe Street offers tenants convenient access to Boston, Cambridge, and points beyond the region via major highways and public transportation. The property’s location alongside the Mass Pike also provides unparalleled corporate branding, visible to more than 175,000 vehicles per day.
