The move reflects the firm’s need for expanded, modernized space in a highly accessible location.

Located along the Mass Pike (I-90) with direct highway frontage, Calare’s new space at 30 Speen provides a visible and convenient home base. The prime location offers easy access to multiple commuting routes, as well as numerous options for dining, shopping, and entertainment.
Calare’s new office features a clean and sophisticated design with modern amenities. The completely renovated space includes an open floor plan with 9 foot ceilings and an abundance of natural light.
Calare acquired 30 Speen Street — a 40,500 sq. ft., five-story building situated on 2.5 acres — in February 2019 as part of a long-term investment strategy.
Additional space is currently available for lease at 30 Speen, with modern renovations, flexible floor plates able to accommodate a wide range of tenants and signage/branding visible from the Mass Pike. Calare has partnered with JLL for property leasing.
