MALDEN, Mass.— Burgess Properties announced that it has brokered the sale of 185 Commercial Street in Malden and 975 Reed Road in North Dartmouth for $5,285,000 with Greg Cahill of Black Oak Property Advisors.
185 Commercial Street had been formerly leased to SRS Distribution and 975 Reed Road i currently leased to SRS.
185 Commercial Street is a premier, last mile area location with excellent access to MBTA Orange Line, Route 16, and I-93. The property offered the buyer, Wakefield,MA-based NorthBridge Partners, immediate ability to add value.
