ROSEMONT, Ill.— Brennan Investment Group has promoted Harrison Wright to vice president of Corporate Real Estate Solutions, a move the company says reflects the continued growth of its corporate real estate platform.
Wright has played a key role in expanding the firm’s corporate real estate network and increasing transaction activity since joining the Chicago-area private real estate investment firm. Over the past two and a half years, he has sourced and executed a number of industrial acquisitions while identifying complex investment opportunities.
In his new role, Wright will focus on originating and executing corporate real estate solutions across the United States, working with occupiers on transactions that include surplus asset dispositions and sale-leaseback arrangements.
Scott Gibler, managing principal and executive director of Corporate Real Estate Solutions at Brennan Investment Group, said Wright has demonstrated a strong ability to navigate complex deals and uncover strategic opportunities.
“Harrison has consistently demonstrated an ability to identify compelling opportunities and navigate complex transactions,” Gibler said, adding that his relationship-driven approach has helped expand the firm’s reach.
Kevin Brennan, chief investment officer of Brennan Investment Group, said Wright’s promotion reflects the leadership and initiative he has shown within the organization.
The company said Wright will continue to play an important role in the growth of its national industrial real estate platform as it expands partnerships with corporate occupiers and investors.
