BOSTON—Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) will hold a public meeting today to discuss the proposed 64-unit, 49,999-square-foot housing project at 13 Shetland Street in Roxbury, MA.
The public meeting will be held from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm at the location today, July 20.
Shetland Street, LLC proposes to construct a four-story, residential development totaling approximately 49,999 square feet, according to BPDA website.
The proposed project will have 57 rental units which includes seven affordable. Â In addition, the development will have parking for up to 52 spaces. The meeting will be held at the Project Site.
