WOBURN, MA–The Stubblebine Company arranged the sale of 6 Jefferson Ave., Woburn, MA, a 8,000 SF industrial building, for $1.9 million to Bomas Machine.
Bomas Machine purchased the building from ServiceMaster by Gaudet.
