BOSTON — Boston Real Estate Times, New England’s most read and watched real estate media outlet, announced today that it will host its March Real Estate Summit on March 4, 2026, centered on the timely and forward-looking theme, “The Great Office Reinvention: What Actually Works in 2026 and Beyond?”

The event will be held at the Burlington Marriott Hotel in Burlington, MA. Produced by Boston Real Estate Times, the conference will run from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

As the office sector enters a new phase shaped by hybrid work, talent competition, and evolving tenant expectations, the summit will move beyond theory to focus on real-world strategies that are delivering measurable results. The program will examine how office buildings are being reimagined as experience-driven destinations that support productivity, collaboration, culture, and long-term asset value.

Boston Real Estate Times also announced the first speaker for the March summit: Reetika Vijay, Managing Principal of IA’s Boston studio and a widely respected leader in workplace strategy and human-centered design.

As Managing Principal, Vijay’s leadership has played a central role in shaping IA Boston’s culture and strategic growth. Her approach has directly contributed to IA’s recognition as one of Boston’s Best Places to Work, reflecting her commitment to fostering environments rooted in creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement—qualities increasingly essential to the modern office experience.

“The office conversation has fundamentally changed,” said Upendra Mishra, Publisher of Boston Real Estate Times and Boston Life Sciences Times. “In 2026, the question is no longer whether offices matter—it’s how they perform, how they inspire people to come in, and how they create long-term value for owners and tenants. This summit will focus on what actually works, and we are incredibly excited about the caliber of speakers who will be joining us.”

Mishra added, “Reetika Vijay sets the tone for what will be an outstanding and thought-provoking program. We are finalizing a truly great lineup of speakers—developers, owners, designers, and workplace strategists—whose names will be announced very soon. This will be one of our most relevant and dynamic summits yet.”

The March 4 summit will explore a range of critical topics shaping the future of office real estate, including:

  • The Post-Hybrid Office Reality – What employees and tenants genuinely value in office environments in 2026 and beyond

  • Design That Delivers Results – Which amenities, layouts, and experiences are driving utilization, retention, and ROI

  • Tenant Experience as a Competitive Advantage – How hospitality, wellness, and flexibility are influencing leasing decisions

  • Repositioning and Reinvestment Strategies – When to upgrade, convert, or reimagine office assets

  • Technology, Data, and Utilization – Measuring performance and adapting buildings in real time

  • The Future of the Boston Office Market – Insights from industry leaders shaping the region’s next chapter

Boston Real Estate Times’ summits have become must-attend forums for developers, investors, brokers, architects, engineers, lenders, and policymakers seeking actionable insights into New England’s evolving real estate landscape.

Additional speakers and panelists will be announced in the coming weeks.
