WAYLAND, MA—R.W. Holmes announced that it has negotiated a lease renewal for Boston Dynamics at Waltham Research Park in Waltham, MA. The renewal extends Boston Dynamics’ current 23,300-square-foot lease, ensuring the company’s continued presence at this premier location.
R.W. Holmes Senior Vice President Arthur Amadei represented the landlord, Hillside Associates, in the transaction, while Boston Dynamics was represented by Matt Siciliano from Colliers International and Andrew Majewski from CBRE.
