Reading, MA–Boston City Group brokered the sale of 41-47 High Street and 6-16 Chute Street, a mixed-use building and parking lot located directly across from Reading MBTA Station, for $1,600,000.

Boston City Group, Inc.’s Caroline Ligotti, Emily McGranaghan and Linda Redeker represented the Seller and procured the buyer.

Located in the center of town, the property is directly across the Street from the Reading MBTA Commuter Rail Station. The property is comprised of a brick-exterior 8,539 SF Retail Strip Center with additional lower level of fully built-out office space, large parking lot, on combined parcels comprising a total of 18,000 SF.
