Boston– A boutique 4,254 square foot building located in the center of Boston’s Waterfront neighborhood, was sold by Boston City Group, Inc. for $2,000,000 along with a full liquor license which was sold for an additional sum.

The building is located at 266 Commercial Street in Boston.

Boston City Group, Inc.’s Caroline Ligotti, Linda Redeker and Emily McGranaghan marketed the property for the Seller, and procured the Buyer.

Constructed in the late 1960’s and renovated over time, 266 Commercial is a freestanding 2-story brick building prominently situated in the center of Boston’s Waterfront, and directly facing the harbor. The building is also in immediate proximity to a dense and lively concentration of businesses and restaurants in the North End, luxury condominium units, the Financial District and Faneuil Hall. There are multiple MBTA Subway Stations closeby, and easy connectors to I-93/95 and the Mass Pike. 266 Commercial was previously home for over 45+ years to a popular neighborhood meeting place, The Four Winds Bar & Grill, run by the Seller and his family.

The building is currently outfitted for a turn-key operation, with a custom oak bar and a fully equipped commercial kitchen on the first floor. The 2nd floor contains a large bar and function room with separate entrance. Both floors feature dramatic, full-length windows which open in the front with Harbor views.
