BOSTON – BOND Building Construction, a subsidiary of BOND Brothers, Inc., announced the promotion of Justin Aubuchon to Vice President of Preconstruction and Estimating. A 17-year member of the BOND Brothers team, Aubuchon’s promotion reflects his unwavering dedication to excellence and his integral role within the BOND Building team.

As Vice President of Preconstruction and Estimating, Justin delivers budget and value engineering services and develops a clear understanding of project scope and budgets for clients and BOND Building’s in-house team. He has served as sole estimator for several of BOND Building’s major healthcare and education clients, demonstrating balance of technical precision with client-centric solutions. In the fall of 2018, Justin was recognized by his colleagues as embodying BOND Building’s core value of integrity.

Prior to joining BOND, Aubuchon served as an estimator at Payton Construction. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, as well as an Associated General Contractors Certificate of Management in Lean Construction. Aubuchon is also OSHA 30-hour certified, a LEED Accredited Professional, and a member of the American Society of Professional Estimators.
