BOSTON — The Hamilton Company announced that BluePearl Pet Hospital has signed a commercial lease and officially occupied 19,874 square feet at 659 Worcester Road in Framingham. The facility will provide 24-hour emergency veterinary care along with specialty services including internal medicine, surgery, and critical care.
“This commercial lease agreement with BluePearl Pet Hospital establishes an easily accessible, centrally located facility providing high quality veterinary care services to Greater Boston and the MetroWest region,” said Jameson Brown, Chairman and CEO of The Hamilton Company. He added that BluePearl enhances the existing tenant mix at the property, which includes Trader Joe’s and 99 Restaurants.
BluePearl relocated from its former Waltham location to the new Framingham facility, which will serve as a regional hub for advanced animal care.
Ryan Minihan of CBRE represented BluePearl during lease negotiations, while Carol Rash, Director of Commercial Property & Asset Management for The Hamilton Company, represented the landlord.
Founded in 1996, BluePearl Pet Hospital is one of the nation’s largest specialty and emergency veterinary providers, operating more than 100 hospitals across 30 states.
