BOSTON— Matthew Hutter, a property manager with Berkeley Partners, has been installed as a Certified Property Manager (CPM) by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) during the organization’s Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4 installation ceremony.

Hutter received the designation at the chapter’s June 24 Spirit of Boston Harbor Cruise Luncheon and Installation event. He is based in Nashua, New Hampshire, and manages properties for the Boston-based real estate firm.

The CPM designation is recognized internationally as one of the highest professional credentials in the property management industry. Awarded by IREM, the certification recognizes professionals who demonstrate expertise in property and asset management through education, experience and ethical standards.

“Congratulations are extended to Matthew on his industry achievement,” said Yoany Vargas, 2026 president of IREM Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4 and regional property manager with Beacon Communities LLC. “Obtaining the CPM certification requires time, dedication and a commitment to excellence, making this designation a well-earned milestone in his career.”

Berkeley Partners is a commercial real estate firm that provides property management, leasing, investment and advisory services throughout the Greater Boston region.

Founded in 1938, IREM Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4 is the largest chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management, serving property management professionals across eastern Massachusetts. The chapter offers professional education, networking opportunities and industry resources for commercial and residential real estate managers.
