NEWTON, MA– Barkan Management Company announced that it has added a full-service management contract for The Pierce Boston Residences to its growing portfolio of luxury towers in Boston.
Located at 188 Brookline Avenue in the heart of the Fenway area, the 30-story high-rise glass tower with its distinctive “V” shape, is a mixed-use condominium built in 2017. Janet Meaney, Senior Vice-President of Barkan Management Company, Inc. will partner with the three-member Board and oversee the operations of the 109 condominium residences starting January 1, 2020. Among the notable amenities are 24/7 concierge service, a fitness center, great rooms, a sun deck with a rooftop pool, kitchen/gas fireplace and private sky cabanas, and below ground parking.
