BOSTON– Barkan Management Company, a management company with offices throughout the region and the Washington D.C. area, has promoted Boston-based Diana Montalbano, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, to Senior Portfolio Manager. Providence RI-based Sarah Flannigan, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, has been also promoted to Senior Portfolio Manager.
In 2018, Flannigan achieved Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation, the highest professional recognition in the industry.
“For the last eight years, Sarah has been Barkan’s anchor in our Providence office and, during that time, our Rhode Island portfolio has grown significantly,” said Bill DiSchino, President and CEO of Barkan Management Company. “She has always been willing to do whatever is necessary for us to achieve the goals of our Providence operation. Additionally, Sarah received her PCAM in 2018 and consistently shows her commitment to the property management industry and Barkan. As we continue to grow in Rhode Island and in concert with the pending transition of senior leadership, Sarah will assume more responsibility for our Providence office.”
In 2018, Montalbano also achieved the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation.
