Andover, MA – Bangor Savings Bank is strengthening its presence in the Massachusetts mortgage market with the addition of two seasoned professionals to its Andover-based team.
The bank announced the appointments of Tim Brennan as Vice President, Senior Loan Officer, and Falvey Brennan as Mortgage Loan Officer.
The Brennans, both formerly with Evolve Bank & Trust, bring a wealth of knowledge and a customer-first approach to the growing mortgage division.
Tim Brennan, an industry veteran, brings decades of experience spanning the entire loan lifecycle—from underwriting to closing and compliance. His most recent role as Senior Home Loan Advisor at Evolve Bank & Trust positioned him as a trusted partner to homebuyers navigating a complex lending landscape.
Falvey Brennan, equally committed to supporting homeownership, previously served as a Home Loan Advisor at Evolve. Known for her strong relationships with clients across New England, she focuses on making the homebuying process accessible and stress-free.
