HANOVER, MA–Axiom Architects, specializing in residential and commercial architecture for 40 years, announced that it has completion of a commercial and retail building at 1810 Washington Street in Hanover, MA.
The 14,700-square-foot building is a new commercial/retail building with various retail establishments. Jersey Mike’s Subs was the first establishment to open for business on December 6; others, including Verizon Wireless and Elements Massage, have since opened or will open soon.
The property is owned and managed by Unicorn Realty, a commercial real estate development, brokerage, and management company based in Norwell, Mass. The development took approximately 12 months to complete.
