QUINCY, MA–FoxRock Properties, a real estate investment, development, and management firm, announced that their Quincy residential community, Ashlar Park, received several prestigious industry awards recently. The awards recognized the community’s excellence in design and property management.
Ashlar Park, located minutes from Quincy Center, is a five-building, 465-unit community, comprising studio, 1- and 2-bedroom apartment homes. The community, designed to provide residents with resort-style amenities, was completed in the Spring of 2024.

The international “Rethinking the Future Global Architecture and Design Award”: Recognizing housing projects that are innovative in their approach to design and living.
The MAA Large Community Award: Recognizing exceptional multifamily property styles and celebrating the best in property management based on service to residents and to the community.
Reputation 800 Award: Recognizing exceptional customer experience based on resident reputation scoring.
Pulling inspiration from Quincy’s surroundings, including the nearby Blue Hills, Quincy Harbor, and the granite quarries, Ashlar Park was designed to feel connected to nature. Each of the five buildings is joined by landscaped pathways and outdoor amenities. The community, which was built on the site of the former Quincy Medical Center, adopted and reused the medical center’s historic Administration building as the main amenities hub.

In addition to the recognition for the architecture and design of the property, the Ashlar Park team was also recognized for their top-tier property management and service to residents. Not only did they receive awards from the Massachusetts Apartment Association (MAA) but also Reputation, whose 800 Award is scored based on customer feedback.

Ashlar Park is not the only award-winning residential community owned by FoxRock. Minutes down the road in the heart of Quincy Center, FoxRock’s Center & Stone also received the 800 Award for their stellar property management and service to residents.
Both Ashlar Park and Center & Stone were selected as tour sites for the AIA25 conference, which is the architecture industry’s largest annual expo taking place in Boston in June of this year.
