NEEDHAM, MA – NAIOP Massachusetts, The Commercial Real Estate Development Association, is proud to welcome Anastasia Nicolaou as its Government Affairs Associate. Nicolaou will be supporting NAIOP’s legislative, regulatory and judicial advocacy efforts on behalf of the commercial real estate industry. She will also manage political giving and fundraising.

Prior to joining NAIOP, Nicolaou most recently worked in strategic communications and government affairs at Liberty Square Group in Boston, where she advised clients across several sectors. Before her work at Liberty Square Group, Nicolaou held multiple positions at the Barbara Lee Political Offices and Barbara Lee Family Foundation in Cambridge, MA. She began her career in the Constituent Services Office of Governor Deval L. Patrick. Nicolaou holds a Master of Liberal Arts from Boston University and received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Simmons College.
