Natick, MA– Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Commonwealth Real Estate announced that Forever Agent, Alison Borrelli, has been recognized by the Greater Boston Association of Realtors as a Rising Star.
The Rising Star Award recognizes real estate agents and brokers who demonstrate success in the real estate business early in their careers and are active volunteers in their community, the real estate industry, and the REALTOR® organization. Recipients are known for their work ethic, passion, and professionalism; possess creativity and strong business acumen; and have proven leadership skills.
A native of Needham, Massachusetts, Alison previously worked as a teacher in the Needham and Wellesley public school systems. Alison is also a talented photographer and runs her own photography business. In 2018, Alison became a REALTOR® with Commonwealth Real Estate. She brings passion, empathy, and business savvy to her real estate career and leverages her photography and social media experience to provide top-notch service to her clients. Alison has achieved the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chairman’s Circle Gold Award, placing her in the top 3% of the network’s sales professionals. Alison has also earned professional accreditations of Pricing Strategy Advisor, Real Estate Negotiation Expert, e-PRO Certifications, and her Seniors Real Estate Specialist Designation.
Alison has an extensive civic and charitable background in her hometown of Needham. This includes raising nearly $40,000 for the Needham 9/11 Memorial Fundraising Committee, a term as the President of the Needham Historical Society, serving as a former Director of the Needham Library Foundation, and Chair of Greene’s Field Playground Fundraising Committee.
Through the Greater Boston Association of Realtors Alison served as a member of the Roadshow Conference Committee, is the current chairperson of the Charitable Grants Committee, and is serving in her first term on the GBAR Board of Directors in 2022.
