AMHERST, NH- Prolman Realty, Inc. is pleased to announce Alene Candles has leased 208,000 square feet at One Bon Terrain Drive from EIP One Bon Terrain, LLC according to Mark Prolman who represented Alene and assisted EIP, LLC.
The intended use of the facility by Alene Candles is warehouse and distribution to accommodate their rapid expansion. Alene has facilities in Milford, NH and New Albany, OH, with a showroom and business development center in New York City. In 2020, Alene was named one of the “Best Companies to Work For” by Business NH Magazine.
