BOSTON — Al Woods has joined Consigli Construction Co., Inc. as the Executive Director of Corporate Services. Al will be responsible for providing strategic direction and growth of Consigli’s corporate interiors and building repositioning work for the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
Woods joins Consigli with more than 35 years of experience in the commercial real estate and construction industry. Most recently, Al was a Senior Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where he managed their Project and Development Services Group, providing tenant advisory services for owners and occupiers of commercial real estate.

Consigli’s corporate services work combines experience with the trends that are shaping today’s commercial spaces through extensive office construction, building re-positioning, renovations, and fit-outs. Our clients include projects for Biogen, The MathWorks, AutoDesk, UBS, Ipsen, UNUM, and Related Beal.

Woods received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Emmanuel College.
