HINGHAM, MA — A.W. Perry announced that intlx Solutions, a fast-growing technology and IT consulting company, has relocated its headquarters to 30 Pond Park Road in South Shore Park, marking a significant step in the firm’s continued expansion.
Founded a decade ago as a two-person operation, intlx Solutions has steadily grown its team, capabilities, and client base. The company relocated from Canton, MA and now occupies 10,000 RSF of combined office and warehouse space at its new Hingham address. The tenant was represented by Connor Hayes of Avison Young, while the ownership team—Jeremy Hood, Tyler Hilson, and Jake Golden of Perry CRE—represented A.W. Perry.
The new space underwent a full custom buildout to align with the firm’s operational needs and growth trajectory. Upgrades included a newly designed kitchen area, expanded warehouse capacity, fresh paint and carpeting, and a reconfigured office layout tailored to collaborative and technical work environments.
