MALDEN, MA — Burgess Properties announced that it has brokered a lease for Mystic Brewery’s new location at 11 Charles Street in Malden, MA.
Mystic Brewery, expanding from its current industrial Chelsea location, leased the entirety of the single-story 16,500 SF facility, which is centrally located on a highly visible downtown city block abutting Walgreens Pharmacy.
The site will offer Mystic Brewery an expansive tap room, forty on-site parking spaces and it is located within a short walk of Malden’s Orange Line T Stop and Commuter Rail.
