With 66,000 SF, Enel Green Power Brings Headquarters to Andover Landing at Brickstone

Boston – On behalf of KS Partners and Oaktree Capital, CBRE/New England announced that Enel Green Power North America, Inc. (EGP-NA) has selected Andover Landing at Brickstone for their new North American headquarters location. The firm has leased 66,000 square feet of space.

EGP-NA, currently located at One Technology Drive, is a leading operator of more than 100 renewable energy plants in North America, with projects operating and under development in 22 U.S. states and two Canadian provinces. Their parent company, Enel Group, is a multinational power company headquartered in Rome, Italy.

Andover LandingEGP-NA operates 2.5 GW of installed renewable energy capacity produced across four technologies solar, wind, hydropower and geothermal. In Massachusetts, EGP-NA owns and operates four hydropower plants, including the 20.7 MW Boott Hydro plant in Lowell and the 14.3 MW Lawrence Hydro plant in Lawrence.

KS Partners and Oaktree have committed to several improvements for the property, spanning over one million SF, which include specific changes catered to the needs of their newest tenant commitment. The capital project will feature a new point of entry for EGP-NA, transforming the façade of 100 Brickstone Square in its entirety. Other amenity enhancements include a renovated full-service cafeteria, complete with separate game room, flexible conference facilities (for up to 100 people), a coffee/juice bar, a brand new fitness center with yoga room, shower & locker facilities, a Bright Horizons Day Care facility, outdoor seating, on-site property management and plentiful parking.
