BOSTON – Perry Brokerage announced that recent leasing activity totaling 21,000 square feet at 20 Winthrop Square in Boston’s financial district has led to full occupancy in the building.
Longfellow Investment Management, a financial services firm, and GEN3 Partners, a technical innovations solutions provider, renewed their leases at the property totaling 15,000 square feet and Patrick Engineering, an engineering and construction management firm leased 6,000 square feet.
Rich Beal and Jon Gifford of Perry Brokerage represented the landlord A.W. Perry in these transactions and Kristin Blount and Lauren Vecchione of Colliers represented Patrick Engineering.
