WINCHESTER, MA– Wise Construction announced that they have hired Tyler Virden as Project Executive. His extensive background in pre-construction planning, program management, and complex design-build projects for Science & Technology and Institutional clients will continue to position the firm for future success.
In the Project Executive role, Virden will oversee various accounts ensuring operational success and developing strong relationships with clients, design partners, and trade partners.
Virden brings over 22 years of construction management experience to his Wise projects and has already begun working with some of the firm’s key clients in their Science & Technology sector. He will lead project operations from planning and development through execution and project closeout while fostering a collaborative team approach.
Before joining Wise, Virden held leadership positions with other New England-based construction management firms, and over his career, he has managed a half-billion dollars’ worth of projects. His client portfolio includes Endicott College, Boston College, Freudenberg Medical, Medtronic, Care Dimensions, Beauport Hotel, YMCA of the North Shore, Edgewood Retirement Cottages, WS Development, and Beverly Crossing, just to name a few. He received his B.S in Biology at Arizona State University, his MBA at National University, and is 10-Hour OSHA certified with a Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License (CSL).
