Lowell, MA—VBA Construction Management recently completed new office space for
Barclay Water Management, a provider of industrial and commercial water treatment solutions.
Located at Chapel Bridge Park, an historic 1850s mill building in Newton, MA, the project was approximately 5,800 square feet.
“VBA is a long-time construction partner consistently providing top-tier construction management services and delivering successful projects,” said Doug Avola, VP of Construction for Bulfinch, a commercial real estate and investment firm. “Daily communication with Bulfinch’s property management team was a key factor in the team’s success and helped to ensure this project was completed on time and on budget.”
The new office is comprised of eight new workstations, a kitchenette with new appliances, custom millwork, and slat panel walls and the acoustic panels were updated for sound containment.
“Subcontractors are the backbone of many of our projects and they bring specialized skills and expertise to help us deliver high-quality work efficiently,” said Tyler Amore, Project Manager for VBA. “VBA is proud of our team of subcontractors who were willing to stay late and work on Saturdays to help push this project across the finish line on time.”
Another factor in this project’s success was having Bulfinch’s property management team on site. They were there to answer any questions the VBA team had which made the project move smoothly and allowed for a consistent and high level of customer service.
