BOSTON, MA — Freudenheim Partners announced that Vardera Labs, an emerging firm in AI-powered valuation and appraisal technology, has signed a lease for 2,772 square feet on the fifth floor of 308 Congress Street, located atop the Boston Children’s Museum in the heart of Boston’s Seaport Innovation District.

Vardera Labs’ new office will support the company’s continued growth while placing it at the center of Boston’s vibrant innovation ecosystem, surrounded by leading technology firms, research institutions, and entrepreneurial talent.
